Order Processing

Photo review normally begins within 24-48 hours after payment. If the photo is unclear, blocked, or does not match the selected figurine style, our studio may contact you for a better reference before production starts.

Most custom figurines need about 10-12 business days for studio production. Priority Production + Express Shipping shortens studio handling when available, but it does not remove customs processing or local carrier delays.

Shipping Time

Standard tracked global shipping is included for most destinations and usually takes 7-15 business days after the finished piece leaves the studio. Delivery times may vary during peak gift seasons, weather disruptions, customs checks, or carrier delays.

Priority Production + Express Shipping is an optional paid upgrade when available. It shortens studio handling and uses a faster shipping lane, but it cannot remove customs checks or local carrier delays.

You will receive tracking when the package is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take several days to update after the first scan.

Shipping Address

Please enter a complete shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as quickly as possible. Once a package has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Returned packages caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or missed pickup may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Remote Areas

Some remote areas, restricted destinations, or temporarily unavailable delivery regions may require extra confirmation. If we cannot safely ship to the address provided, we will contact you before production starts.

If an order cannot be delivered to the selected destination, we may offer an address change or cancel and refund the order before production begins.

Duties and Taxes

Orders are sold in USD. Depending on your country or region, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the carrier or customs office. These charges are the customer responsibility unless required otherwise by law.
