Cancellations

You may request cancellation before studio production begins. If production has already started, the order can no longer be cancelled because materials and custom modeling work have already been assigned to your piece.

Custom Product Expectations

A custom 3D printed figurine is a stylized physical miniature made from photo references. Natural differences in face shape, skin tone, hair, clothing folds, body proportions, and small accessories can happen.

Minor handmade differences, reasonable color variation, and interpretation of unclear photo details are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a clear production defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, packaging photos, and close-up photos of the issue.

After review, we may offer a remake, replacement part, store credit, or refund depending on the issue. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom photo figurines cannot be returned for a refund because they are personalized for the buyer. We also cannot accept returns for wrong photo selection, wrong style selection, gift date changes, or customer change of mind after production starts.
