Uploaded photos are used to create your custom figurine and to support customer service for that order.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and supported payment providers. We do not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords on our website.

How We Use Information

We use order information to confirm purchases, review photos, produce custom figurines, ship packages, provide tracking, handle support requests, prevent fraud, and meet legal or tax requirements.

We do not sell customer photos or personal information.

Data Retention

Order records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support. Uploaded photos may be retained for a limited period to complete production, resolve quality issues, and support remake requests.
